Project Details:

12 hair stylist stations, 8 hair wash sinks, 3 pedicure stations and 4 manicure stations
In-salon cafe for food and smoothie services
2nd floor event space for 30 people
Basement area - 3 spa rooms, commercial laundry room, 3 management offices and employee kitchen servicing 15
Custom trim throughout the entire space consisting of wainscoting, columns and crown moldings

Project Details:

Comprehensive remodel (interior and exterior)
- Business remained fully operational during construction
Exterior façade removed and reframed 50% of the entire structure.
Removed and replaced all ceiling to floor glass panels
Installation of new exterior (vinyl siding, stone walls and metal sheet finishes)
Installation of new Interior (pallet walls, product display wall and customer reception counter)

Piccolo Trattoria is a 160- person capacity full service Italian restaurant / pizzeria.

Project Details:

Comprehensive interior remodel
- Business remained fully operational during construction
Customized an interior Terracotta roof cantilevered over reception and desert area
Custom built Roman columns and 12-inch layered crown moldings throughout dining area
2 full-service waiter stations equipped with POS system
Custom glass pizza counter display and open kitchen with full view to the dining room
Interior fit up to include 3 stove tops, full exhaust system, 2 food prep stations and 2 pizza ovens.
Center drain flooring system throughout kitchen
Italian tile flooring in all dining areas
