Space size: 10,000 SF

Project Details:

  • 90 custom cubical workstations equipped with phone and data ports.

  • Temperature controlled and fully secured Information Technology Hub.

  • Integrative security system including remote access, 360-degree cameras and magnetic key card access.  

  • Community breakroom with a 20-person capacity appointed with cappuccino bar, traditional and kosher kitchens.

  • 2 executive offices, 16 seat boardroom, and 7 management suite

Arion Capital Management

Location: Bensalem, PA 19020

Space size: 13,000 SF

Project Details:

  • The client requested the space to be divided to accommodate two independent companies sharing a common reception area

  • 20-person breakroom, and separate executive kitchen with cappuccino bar;

  • 3 executive offices, a board room, 10 management suites and testing center,

  • A monitor wall with fifteen 52-inch monitors in a 75 custom cubicle area.

  • 2 temperature controlled and secured IT rooms.

  • Remote security system including 360-degree cameras and magnetic/key card entrances.

​FAA / Mercer County Airport

Location: Ewing Township, NJ 08628

Space size: 28,000 SF

Project Details:

The FAA / MCA is a 2- story 28,000 SF multi unit federal building serving Mercer County.  This was a secure location requiring the project team to obtain government clearance to work in restricted areas. 

​

Mercer County Airport Administration office 

  • Complete interior fit out – 4,000sf 

  • New flooring 

  • Reconfigured floor plan/layout with installation of interior walls

 

Common Area remodel

  • Remodeled lobby, common areas and stairways 

  • Updated all bathrooms and redesigned to be ADA compliant

  • Repaved and line striped the 130- space parking lot 

  • The client retained the company under a 5-year service and maintenance contract   

 

Federal Aviation Administration office

  • Office renovation and repair - 6,000sf

  • Kitchen and breakroom were reconfigured and refitted to be ADA compliant 

  • Complete fit out of 3 executive offices
